Kaitlin(sorry if i spelled it wrong) and the host up front on 2/19/2026 at 10:00am were the most delightful people ever and they did an amazing job at directing me and giving me all the information I was asking for. So very sweet and thorough. I would definitely come back here just for their customer service!!

I am a new customer with TruMed Dispensary. I made my second visit and met Brian. I appreciate the time he took to explain the specials to me and my lady. He even introduced himself to us and made us feel welcomed. All in all, we were more satisfied with our second visit. Love the specials for the New Customers!!

I miss Trumed ! They were our favorite go to place. They had such a selection and the prices were amazing . The same drip high thc syringe is 15 at Trumed , Where we live now it’s 28. I really wish more dispensaries would open here on the mountain.

Great dispensary love the atmosphere anytime I come they’re always nice great staff even better weed they come here for years love it here. I’d recommend anybody to the valley and looking for high-quality. We need to go to Truman. They’ll beat the quality and price of most dispensaries in the valley.

Just landed! Stopped at Trumed dispensary to start my birthday celebration weekend. Family staff, very helpful and displayed patience as a new customer.

Great location right off the freeway if you go early mornings, you'll be seen a lot quicker than midday afternoon or evening as this place is pretty small and parking lot is a two minute walk or so to the front door especially during the summer time it can get pretty hot so you'll wanna try to go as early as possible to find closer parking. Customer service is all right but pretty bland you kind of need to know what you're going in for because they're not much help as far as suggesting products or things like that. It's pretty monotone. But nonetheless, they have really awesome products and great quality as well as some decent deals.

It’s pretty frustrating to place a pickup order, have the store mark it as ready, drive 20 minutes, then find out the order isn’t packed and they don’t have that item in stock. They also don’t have a separate line for pickup orders so if it’s busy, you have to wait the same amount of time than if you didn’t place an “express” order. This place is only worth the 4 free quarters, separate from that, it’s just a hassle. They also don’t have great variety of edibles and the ones that are good, will be out of stock for weeks at a time.

The best flower and concentrate products in the state by far, and the only dispo that actually takes care of industry workers that shop there. They learn who you are if you visit enough and end up making great suggestions. Prices usually go down over time here too (with the exception of one time I can recall when there was a spike in pricing in the entire industry). Thank you guys for the being the best around and treating myself as well as people I send your way with the best products and service in the MMJ industry!

Literally the best dispo in The Valley. If you are a person that values quality and service and paying a couple dollars extra does not bother you then this is your spot. I am a person that values both of those things and that is what you will receive from the folks at Tru Med. Most of the staff has been there for a very long time and they consider their customers family. This is my go-to-dispo!!!!!

My sibling and I came into TruMed on 2 of our hardest days. The day we lost our aunt, and the day we came back from the funeral. We had a bud tender named Katie both times. She is so incredible! She helped us even as we sobbed and was so gentle and kind and caring. I’m deeply grateful that she was the person we got! Give her a raise LIKE FORREAL!!!
