This used to be my favorite place to shop before the new manager came in and ruined the culture. Company should do better. I've been a regular since this store first opened and will be taking my business elsewhere now. The store does not feel like a happy place to walk into anymore.

Great atmosphere and not a long line at all. The attendant took the time with gracious patience with helping me getting my order to the perfect composition. I chatted with the other waiting customer about which deal I would take advantage of-I chose 4 8ths for $50 and 2 gummy pouches for a total of 113$ with the recreational tax applied.

Generally, I love Harvest. The Mint is always a Zoo, so it's good to have an alternative. My main complaints about this particular branch are the lack of parking, and the fact that they have forgotten one of my items on at least 3 occasions. They go over the items with me while they're laying on the counter, but for some reason, one of the items never makes it into the bag. On only one of these 3 occasions did a manager call me while I was on my way home to let me know they made a mistake, and gave me the opportunity to turn around. It was the first time. The last 2 times, I had to tell them, and even though they didn't challenge me and call me a liar, these last couple of times they've seemed a bit apathetic about the situation. Honeys, gas is expensive. You're costing a customer extra money every time they have to make 2 trips. You would think that when I told a manager that this has happened 3 times, they would treat it like a training issue and address it with the staff, instead of acting like it's NBD.

Agree with Bob. Went in 8-11-24 at 8:45 pm. Mentioned that I was kinda dumb when finding what works for me. Asked for a sativa and dude just disappeared in the back and had no idea why. Asked for the special BOGO FOR FREE and was told I couldn’t get the special because they had no sativa available for the special. Dude didn’t give a flying fig. Gave no info on other suggestions. Felt very unwelcome and felt like I was a bother. This place was great when it was Harvest. I won’t ever be returning to this store. Very unfriendly staff. Asked me if I wanted to round up my purchase to 50??? They charge $3.00 to use your BankCard. I did tip but that was not acknowledged either. Horrible horrible dispensary. Do yourself a favor and go to another dispensary.
