The young lady working last night, 12/11/25, was very nice. She answered my questions, helped with my purchase, and had a great attitude. The only problem is they had no flower. I don't know how a smoke shop would let their inventory dwindle to nothing before re-supplying. That aside, I would recommend Puffsters for all your smoking or vapeing needs. Thanks for the free gift (gas mask), we'll use it well lol.

Been a smoker since 1982 and I can say it's hard to find good product found it here at a reasonable price. Friendly service greeted at the door.

That @Kichains person is literally a hater! Literally, took the time to read its reviews and literally get “pick me” feels. And it’s disgusting! The store is always clean. The young ladies that work there are always super nice and knowledgeable. This isn’t where you go to get weed dvmbass. But keep complaining because their reviews speaks volumes. But you tried. Poor baby.

The employees are knowledgeable about everything in the store and they are so super friendly. The store is handicapped accessible and they prices are great. They even have regular customers!

I stopped in last night while getting pizza next door didn't even know they were closing soon but the girl who helped me took her time to actually talk to me and my husband and was so sweet I felt at home I absolutely love the store and the vibe it gave me as soon as I walked in I was greeted showed the sales and given time to take a look around the girl who helped me was awsome she gave me alot of information and was very knowledgeable I think I've found one of my favorite spots and will definitely be going back

Great owners pleasant employees very organized and unique and very aesthetically pleasing set up quality pieces in a no pressure very relaxing environment. The couple that earned it are so sweet and kind. It makes you want to drive past those smoke shops in the gas stations the shop somewhere more personalized.

Doesn't seem like this store can stay stocked with what I'm looking for. When asked it will be coming in I get well it's going to be out for the foreseeable future. I refuse to go to a store that is run like that. Since I have left this review they have refused service to several friends instead of trying to fix their stocking issue. Not to mention i got banned from the store for making this Google review. So rather than fix the problems they ban the people that point the problems out what a horrible way to run a business. Wish I could have given negative stars. THIS PLACE IS NOT A TRUE DISPENSARY EVEN THO THEY ADVERTISE THEY ARE.

I walked into the shop with my state distributed drivers license as my form of identification. When I showed the women at the counter my ID she looked at it and assumed it was fake. I asked her if there was any ID scanners to verify that my ID was valid and she said there was nothing they had to varify therefore she could not take my identification. I understand that they would rather be safe than sorry, especially considering this is a small business. However, I do wish there was some form of verification to ensure instances like this do not reoccur !

Terrible smoke shop. Nice shiny objects but worthless service. They sell faulty products and their only method of “troubleshooting” is plugging the product in overnight. Bought a vape that was faulty from the jump. Never got one single hit out of it and it never charged straight out the box. Device explicitly states DO NOT CHARGE OVERNIGHT. Yet the associate came up with the brilliant idea of “troubleshooting” it by doing just that. Employee noted that she had just started working there a yet somehow was “very familiar” with the troubleshooting methods the next day when I came in with my issue. Insanity. Cheap products and lousy service. Would not recommend visiting whatsoever. Go somewhere legit not puffster
