I’ve been shopping here for years, while I understand that there are rules in place for “price matching,” you also have a competitors (Amazon, GNC, & etc..)
All I wanted was “price match” for protein bars and the Manager on duty would not budge. Do you guys really want to lose a customer over $5 loss? Not to mention GNC is across the street, (which should be more an incentive to not have me purchase from them.)
I once to enjoyed my experience at Vitamin Shoppe. The staff were knowledgeable and accommodating. To me, it seems like there’s something lacking lately.
Unless it’s an absolute bargain, I’ll taking my money to GNC inside the Shops at Liberty Place.
