I love this location (usually) young black man they got in there is always super friendly super helpful but this new girl they got in there she is super rude and unprofessional and looking at reviews I’m not the only customer that has had an issue with her I’m standing at the counter waiting for help she came to the register to cash another customer out I said I’d would wait until she was done assuming that she would help me as soon as she was done with her customer but instead she just walked away and someone else had to help. I have worked a lot of job and been a cashier at most and this should not have gone done like that before she was even helping that customer she wasn’t doing anything but standing around and that’s all she went to do once she was done ringing the customer up. Yall need to do better with the hiring process. I’ll be taking my business to smokers Paradise hopefully they get some new people in because I won’t be returning with her working there

WAS a frequent shopper at this vape shop, until I tried to exchange my dabbing device that was $150. I bought it last week and used it for a week and then it stopped turning on. I went back to the store and the manager was not helpful at all. Told me to contact the manufacturer for return or refund. How about the place I bought it from send it back to the manufacturer. I was a customer of this shop, not a customer of the manufacturer. I paid this shop for a product that stopped working after a week. The manager was rude with no sort of customer service skills whatsoever. He asked me if it was working when I bought it. Well, yes it worked when I bought it. I could see if it was a month since I bought it, but a week??!! I am a 49 year old professional and this guy treated me like I was a punk kid. I cannot believe that someone entrusted this guy with “managing’” their business. Don't waste your time at this place. Very poor customer service skills and very high prices. Do yourself a favor and order your gear online.
