The females working there are such a buzzkill. No smile . No nothing and very rude
Told me I couldn't share information about a product to a family member , but when I worked there I was able to take pictures and videos and post them on social media. IDK what the big deal is now .. lame place . Won't recommend

I use to love this place. I've spent a ton of money here and today I went in and bought gummies. After getting in the car I noticed they were expired by 2 YEARS!! I called right away and was told no refunds or exchanges. WOW!!! SO deceitful and bad business practice. I will never go back, my family and friends will never go back. To boot I was told the owner is out of the country and unreachable with anyone else running his business complaints.

I have been very diligent about not wanting to write a horrible review of supernova because I like to give businesses a chance to redeem themselves. I have been a consistent customer of supernova on West Avenue for a little over two years and to be very honest in the beginning, I had no qualms or concerns because they supply me with, the daily necessities that I need. I actually was able to find a few good products through them based off of good recommendations of the, I want to say prior employees of that particular store and have never had a problem, but it just seems as of lately and I want to say within the last six months, things have definitely changed and not for the better. case in point, I went on a Saturday afternoon and I asked for my usual supplies and I was given almost like a runaround or even a I don’t know what you’re talking about type of vibe with that particular employee, just on regular supplies that I get at least once a week. I noticed after I had made my purchase that one of the items that was given to me without me actually seeing it prior to it being purchased was the wrong item and I went back in the store immediately once I saw it before even driving off of the lot or anything I went back in the store and said you guys gave me the wrong thing. Could you please give me the right thing that I had asked for and Flat out told me that they can’t give me a refund or exchange. I said that doesn’t make any sense. I haven’t even driven off of the lot yet. I literally just made a U-turn back into the store and you’re telling me that you’re not going to exchange, not return but EXCHANGE for the correct item that I had asked for and they said no, and I politely left all of the things that I had purchased on the cashiers table and left and went and purchased the supplies at a closer and cheaper store around the corner from my house. So I went back yesterday, July 12 and said let me give them a try. Maybe it was just one bad experience things happen. I walk in they greet me I asked for supplies I specifically had asked for an edible and one of the first things that one of the employees told me was that I oughta be careful because some of their supplies are expired that a prior customer had called them and complained about getting an expired product And they said that there were still selling it. It’s at your own risk if you buy it and I thought that was strange and I said no I don’t want products that are expired . I’d rather get another product that you’re saying it’s supposed to be, you know, NOT expired And went with that product and I actually bought another product that was even I dare say, trying to get rid of. so I went home and I didn’t think anything of it except for having to again make them give me the correct product that I asked for concerning supplies. SMH . Today, I went and opened up one of the edibles and took a bite out of it and immediately had to spit it out. I smelled it first to make sure it didn’t smell funky or anything, but when I bite it - horrible!! spit out the edible immediately, I turn around and looked at the expiration date on the manufacturing of the edible when it was made, and it was literally made two years ago, lol. I see that to say this I will no longer be a consistent customer and I will always tell people to not go to that particular store until things actually are for the betterment of the customer and not for the store itself. It just seems like they don’t care about their customers, especially if you’re able to sell your customers products that you know that are well beyond their expiration date so for me, I need to spread the word. Not hate to the business in whole just to that particular store. I hope someone of bigger leadership besides the store manager gets a wind of this review - ciao for now and stay lifted friends 😎

This is the 2nd year I bring my wife to their 4/20 pop-up event. We have been faithful customers since. Always have low prices and great customer service . #DjHippieCholo spinning the old school hits that only a good smoke would hit!
