I went in to purchase a non-nicotine vape a few days ago and the guy who helped me was so kind and well versed. The flavor that was recommended was great as well. My only downfall was that I didn’t get his name or his number to possibly grab refreshments and conversation. (I mean only if he’s single) & ok with making new friends lol.

When I got my equipment everything was great. However, it was when I needed a replacement in my batteries (My bf was told by Katrina they had lifetime warranty) that a battery literally fused into my equipment and it smelt like it got burned. I went to the store to try to see if they could fixed it or get it replaced. After going back and forth with Nick, he said he could not replace it because the warranty did not apply to my SMOK majesty. He called his "boss" and I could tell he was trying to find a loophole in order to avoid a free replacement. My equipment was a year and a few months old, and it looked like BRAND NEW with zero scratches. Nick said he could give me a $20 credit on an equipment worth WAY more than that. I told him I needed to think about it and do further research. He was very apologetic and gave me his personal phone number and promised me he would work with me and get me a good deal. I looked at their website and found the warranty policies, and nowhere on the website said that if you receive a discount your warranty is voided (that was his excuse). I texted Nick and showed him a screenshot of their own policy, and he kept saying it does not apply to him. I kindly asked where on the website I could find that specific policy and he never replied. . Now I'm stuck with an burned out equipment knowing I will never get a replacement or my money back. I even asked Nick I could get a cheaper tank, that it didn't even matter. He refused. I'm never the one to post reviews like this one, but I'm really disappointed

Katrina was awesome! She definitely knew her stuff and was able to give me some good recommendation on flavors and mods. Prices are good and shop is nice and clean.
