BE AWARE !!! SCAMMERS Last week I bought a pack of cigarettes Newport 100 and the seller said the bill is $16.00 and that amount I saw on his digital screen. Next day when I checked my transactions from that day I saw a withdrawal for $18.23. Low life scumbags who always try to take an advantage of someone, I bet they don’t pay the correct tobacco taxes to the city neither.
