This smoke shop is definitely the best around! The guys that work here are very knowledgeable about all of their products and they always ask make sure you like what you’ve previously bought. Always excellent experiences with fantastic customer service every time!

If I could give it a zero Star I would but you can’t. I walked in the store / smell was horrendous. That was my first clue and I should’ve walked out, but I didn’t. The guy behind the counter had so much gunk in his mouth. It was brown it was gross he needed to go spit and didn’t. It was drooling out of his cheeks. It was nasty still cannot get over the smell of this place and it wasn’t a smoke smell either and he sold me a out of date juice literally it expired in 6/3/2022 and that’s not the born date either I’m going to submit a picture it literally states expiration. I did not notice this till I got home to Portland. This shop is in Gallatin I purchased it from. Don’t know about y’all but I really don’t have $15.99 to waste the way prices are right now!!!! Not a happy customer at all 🤬

The clerk was just flat out rude and seemed like he didn't want to be there. And aside from his sorry customer service. This place has the most outrageously expensive prices. I understand nothing is cheap anymore but when another vape shop a mile down the road has the same product for basically half the price, Icant justify supporting this business. Spend your money elsewhere.

The person behind the counter was impolite and unprofessional. The clerk resisted eye contact and did not move to help even as I asked for assistance. They said “idk. We don’t have that.” They had plenty. I came in the next day and ignored her while I continued to look. Low and behold, the product I asked about was there—in spades. Customer service is a tough job, and it doesn’t pay well. However, customers are not responsible for that, and we should be able to expect eye contact, assistance with finding product, and (at a minimum) a polite demeanor. It’s hard to find employees that will provide those traits for less than $20/hr, but it’s necessary to launch a business past mediocrity.

Awesome smoke shop i ever been around here. Guy who works there has an honest opinion about every products. He is not only money oriented person he also cares about product quality and ensures that everything is working good. Nice collection of products too.
