Off the jump I want to say, being from Buffalo and a frequenter of the shops there - 101 is SO much cleaner, well set up, and customer service oriented than a LOT of the ones in Buffalo. Great pricing as well, and the staff was very friendly, and more than happy to help! Will be making this the priority shop anytime I'm in Hermitage again.

This place used to be great.. helpful and friendly staff, great selection for even better prices. However they've undergone new management who've really taken a dump on everything. After dealing with a rude employee, we decided to take our business elsewhere. There's plenty of other smoke shops around who value their customers significantly more.

Best smoke shop in Nashville hands down. They have the biggest selection of any shop, and the staff and owners are incredibly helpful. I won't go anywhere else.

The store is brand new and the employees were amazing! They really helped me out with everything I needed and gave me a discount. Ended up being really cheap for all the stuff I bought!
