Dylan had great customer service as well as a great personality. He was very patient while we decided what we wanted. He explained things as needed and was all around a great person to talk to while in the store. Definitely happy with the way he handled the fact that the discounted vape I bought was dead by replacing it before I left the store.

This store goes ABOVE AND BEYOND for their customers. We were immediately greeted and they helped in every way possible. We will absolutely be back! I promise you, you won’t regret checking out this vape shop compared to others

This place is terrible. There are so many other different place to buy from! You have been warmed. Both locations. They sold me a faulty product that wouldn't charge. The have the worst customer service in Omaha. Basically if you have a bad product they don't care. They also try and tell you dumb ways on how to make their product still work or you could take the fluid out or whatever stupid suggestion they have. Look at the other bad reviews. Idk how this place has 4+ stars.
