Absolute best experience I've had at a smoke shop in the most unexpected way. On my first visit I found out they have amazing prices ranging from $5-$20 on vapes. I figured I would try the cheap $5 vapes. I got two tried them in store and they were okay, not what I normally enjoy but figured they're cheap so I would deal. I got outside and by my third puff on them they tasted burnt, so I turned around and went back hoping he would work with me but figured I would just have to get something else. He shocked me by letting me pick 2 new vapes of another brand, but same price at no charge, and even told me to keep the first 2, which gave away to a homeless girl. Unfortunately, the next morning when I woke up neither of the 2 worked, they simply blinked like they needed charged but aren't designed to allow for charging. I went back and to my surprise he let me get 2 new vapes of a brand I actually know, trust, and can be recharged and only charged the price difference, $1.50 more each. Though they have a limited selection of flavors they're kind, very fair, took my word without argument or issue, and in my opinion the man running the store while I was there is just the best. He has insured I'll be his loyal customer for as long as I smoke. I sadly can't remember his name but will make a point to get his name the next time and remember it. Thank you sir for creating such a positive experience. You are the GOAT in my opinion I look forward to seeing you in the future.
