I would give no stars if i could. Ive been going here for a long time always good service and helpful people especially the Dominican guy who is usually there. But today they lost my business. I had a leaky yellow pack of pods (normally would bring in for exchange) but today the “owner” was there and claimed he makes the pods and there was nothing wrong with it which there evidently was. I had to buy a new pack and he would not give me anything for the pack that was defective and i had to throw them away. While being extremely rude they lost my business today.

Guy that works there is great but all the hookah tobacco is expired and I didn’t know. When I tried returning it unopened I made him call the owner and they would only give me store credit which I do not need. What I need is cash. Lame

Have visited this location several times to purchase Lava 2 pods for my friend. Staff is very accommodating and friendly. The store isn't overwhelming in size and product but has a good variety of items along with being clean/ well organized.

Moose! Moose! Moose! Hope I spelled his name correct. He is, simply, the best! I don't even live near by and there area lot of smoke shops all around me, but I still go to this shop because him. The shop is great as well but Moose is the guy. Thank you, Moose! It's always a great pleasure whenever I buy things at your shop!
