John helped me find the right products for me. He was informative and explained everything throughly. It is very welcoming and John only added to that atmosphere. I had a 10/10 experience and will definitely be recommending ayr to others.

I would have loved to have checked the shop out but the front desk boy named Bob was not educated on Massachusetts ID’s. Unfortunately he thought it was funny that i was already having a bad day because when i explained the situation he just smirked and didnt offer any suggestions on another form of ID to be used or to listen to what Massachusetts State Laws say about online renewed licenses. It sucks leaving this for a review but i think we have all been there before when someone doesnt want to listen to the facts and be educated on what are facts. Other than Bob at the front, i have nothing bad to say. The place looked clean, the security guard standing there quietly was very respectful. All good. Ascend over by North Station will keep being my go to spot. Just would have liked a closer place since i live on Marlborough st in Back Bay. Its so important that customers who walk into a consumer store, that they are given a good first impression. Maybe Bob was just having a bad day too.

John was very caring and super friendly when I first came in! He referred me to a product that truly aligned with what I was looking for in price and in effect! I will definitely be coming back here! Sometimes not all budtenders in other dispensaries care so much about the customers... but here John made it different!

Overpriced weed, I could buy weed for the same price as street dealers. The bud tenders are cool but not enough to cover for the price. There are lots of dispensaries around with much lower prices.

Budtenders are pointless here, asking questions. Don't have much information to give you about the weed, didn't know what I was talking about when I asked about terpenes, and had to call over somebody else and they didn't know what I was talking about either. About either. I wanted a sativa with terpinoline in it, and they suggested an indica never again

All the staff are super helpful and friendly and nice. I always go inside and feel so much love and warmth and welcoming vibes.

AYR has been one of my favorite dispensaries. Ali is AMAZING & the company is so lucky to have him! He’s patient, knowledgeable, informative, & always on point!! HOWEVER, the SMELL of mildew & mold in this establishment recently is horrendous!!!! Not only should customers not have to experience this for weeks on end, but I genuinely feel SO bad for the employees & have genuine concerns for their health at this point. Working in those conditions is NOT safe!! Please resolve this ASAP!! Thank you!!

I went here often and usually I don’t have cash so I pay with my debit card, depending who’s being truthful about the transaction I get my change back most of the time I don’t. They do this thing when you pay on a debit card they round up plus charge a fee and there supposed to let you know you will receive change back but there trained to scam you. It’s sad because I tip as well. Anyways there over priced I swear the flower is not worth anything you pay here. I noticed other dispensaries have deals friendly up front staff who don’t steal from you while over charging for flower. Go downtown Boston it’s way cheaper plus you won’t have any issues with them being money hungry bud tenders. I don’t recommend this location at all.
