Listen it's the day before Christmas, I am STRESSED out. Came to pick up an order that was placed early this morning, due to a small mixup the order was no longer available in its original fashion. It took manager Chris not 10minutes to spot the problem, fix it and bring me comfort in the situation. My BT Mo made sure everything went smooth and I walked out with a smile. Also much love to the two ladies in front setting the mood with great vibes!! All around great experience!! Now for wrapping gifts :((

I am a first time customer and can honestly say that my experience and interaction with Jeremy was nothing short of outstanding. He took the time to understand my concerns and provided a solution with 2 of your products. He even got on the phone with me after I left the store to answer additional questions. Jeremy is the absolute best pot tender in the business! Please recognize him for doing an outstanding job. Thank you.

SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE. I pre-ordered 2 disposables that said had 5 left in stock on the website about 15 minutes before I got there. The budtender (black, large afro, silver chains with wings) said they didn’t have any in stock when I came to pick it up. When I asked how that was possible when I just ordered he gave me an attitude and told me not to “get shitty” with him. Only after I asked for clarification did he make an attempt to even look for the pen. I suspect these employees are hiding discounted product or purchasing it before the official open time as there was no need for the hostility. I’m sorry but if your budtender cannot answer a simple question without getting upset he should not be working customer service. In addition there is no business on earth where it’s acceptable to consistently sell products out from under customers and not keep a live inventory. When you order a pizza do they tell you that someone picked up the last one when you get there and not a minute before? No, they give you your pizza or call you beforehand to tell you they ran out. Nobody makes you drive all the way to the location but AYR does!

Karoline was my bud tender today. She was absolutely awesome. Made my experience so cool and fun with her witty out going attitude. Will def be back to visit

Everyone who works at AYR is extremely friendly and makes me feel very comfortable. Any time i need extra info on products they never disappoint. The rewards system they have is awesome!

This was my and my sisters first experience at this location and Mr. J. Jones was perfect. He answered all my sisters million questions with patience and poise. He was hilarious and kind. I highly recommend if you visit you stop at his register. You won’t be disappointed !!!!!!! 10 outta 10!!!

Ayr in Woodbridge is always a welcoming environment. Every employee I have interacted with has been so kind and upbeat. I trust their recommendations wholeheartedly. Today, I was assisted by Dylan and Jones. I watched them help several customers before me and each one was treated with the same level of incredible customer service. My experience at Ayr is just awesome every time I go in there. Everyone is down to earth and so helpful. Toker Joker helped me out today and he was wonderful. This dispensary was nice. No long lines and the staff was great. Nate gave me a lot of info and was happy to help me sign up for the rewards program. Compared to other places I’ve been, I think I like this one the most and will be returning. Prices also are reasonable. Come here if you like fast quality service
