Always a pleasant experience when you shop here. Everyone is incredibly friendly. I've had Dave as my budtender the last 2 times and he is great! He is always ready with a joke or to answer a question about any of the products. Will definitely be coming back.

Outstanding Service from Dave and Corrine! Every visit to AYR in Gibsonia is genuinely enjoyable thanks to the amazing staff. Dave at the front desk is always super friendly, kind, and helpful—he sets the tone the moment you walk in with his welcoming attitude and positive energy. I also had the pleasure of speaking with Corrine, who I believe is a manager, and she was incredible. Even though I felt hesitant to ask certain questions, she made me feel completely comfortable and never once made me feel silly. She took her time explaining everything clearly, provided printouts for reference, and shared a level of knowledge that truly impressed me. Customer service like this is rare Both Dave and Corrine go above and beyond, and their customer service is a big reason I’ll continue returning. Highly recommend!

I love this place - amazing deals & I love the point system! everyone makes the whole experience a good one - especially Dave - who is usually in front for check in.. super cool guy who makes the whole experience a breeze & always puts a smile on my face. It's always a pleasure to go to Ayr. The employees know their product and are so helpful in identifying what will work best with the medical issues you're having. Never a bad experience. Dave did such a good job the last time I was there! He's fun and funny and informed!
