Nothing like driving across town for something you want on the menu just to be told to the menu is wrong and I’m out of luck, this is the second time it’s happened to me do to no fault of my own, thanks for nothing. I settled for something I didn’t want or come in for since i came across town. Clearly says 1g carts for $20 but they weren’t close to the displayed price

I visited AYR New Castle today and as always it was a pleasant experience. Kirk was my budtender and he provided me really good customer service. Samantha was also a huge help! There were issues with my birthday coupon and she was able to correct it quickly. Great prices and great service keeps me coming back here! Kudos to all!!!

Always a great time when I place an order w ayr. Everyone is friendly and offer great advice on diff things to try or share thier own experience w the products. Will continue to buy from here. Almost always find a great deal so I like keeping money in my pocket cause alot of the products original price is a lil high for me but if its on sale I can usually get what I'm looking for. Amazing customer service!! Everyone was so caring, so REAL, dedicated to customer happiness, and definitely very open and just a wonderful and caring atmosphere! Almost everyone was welcoming and very knowledgeable. Shoutout to the budtenders: Justin, Jamie, Both Chrises, and Tonythe Tiger!! Huff, you Rock! Rock on in the back!! Their branded products in flower were ALL such a great feel and taste. I bought all different ones, and I love the Kynd Fried Cream and the Later Days Rainbow Sherb strains! Excellent and really helps me get to sleep. My overall review is that I DEFINITELY will be buying and going there from now on!
