Nice well stocked store. The staff is usually very friendly and helpful. Music's good too! Check for sales and coupons to help with the price.

One of the reasons I ever come out to the Clarksburg Premium Outlets is to go to Bath and Body Works. Body sprays, colognes, body wash, lotions, candles, hand soaps, bar soaps, even plug-in fragrances...this place has a lot of selection and always smells so good inside. I always come away with something here...cannot think of a time when I visited B&BW without getting something!

If I could give less I would, I didn’t care for the attitude and demeanor of the cashier or the management for how they handled my transaction. They were out of a body cream but had it in a gift set I asked nicely if they could disassemble it they refused and kept saying no trying to push to get the gift set. I have had no issues when this pops up in my normal store or a visiting store. They say its allowed but this store was not accommodating at all, when you are sold out and have it in a gift set you are allowed to disassemble a gift set! Cashier 3745824 was very rude she was on the floor she looked like she could have been a member of management. I am in customer service so I don’t like complaining but she was rude!

26July2024 Great customer due to as soon as I walked in the store, I was nicely greeted with a smile. Then made aware of what was on sale. When I stepped to the register, I was greeted with a smile and my products were rung out so quickly. The cashier kept the line moving very well. Nice shopping experience.

I don’t know if it’s a management issue or if all my visits correlated with employees having bad days. I feel rather unwelcomed whenever I stop by. Half of the associates I interacted with were awesome! The other half don’t seem to want to be there or want me to be there. It’s normal to be greeted when a customer comes in. But most customers just want to look around and explore so you as the employee let them be. But every few minutes, a different associate would come up to me to ask if I’m looking for something. Like great question, trying to figure it out. Maybe you can read my mind and tell me what I want? Then whenever I ask questions about certain products or store policies, all I can get were randomly made up answers or told to call customer service. Today was a special treat because the associate actually scoffed at me as well. They have so many (too many) associates rooming the floor and most of them don’t know what’s going on. The inventory stock don’t seem to be that good as I’ve had more than half of my order canceled at pickup for BOPIS and it is so disappointing.
