Stopped by this shop for the first time after getting not so good customer service at another place just down the way. I was looking for a disposable vape with a particular flavor profile in mind which was apparently difficult for the first shop to assist me with. Upon entering Ballagio however I was warmly greeted by all of the staff members who seemed to genuinely care about what I was searching for and immediately asked about my preferences of flavor. They made it super easy to find the right vape which was highly recommended by one of the team members who was currently vaping that particular brand. It may not sound like a huge deal but for me the attention to detail and personal touch they displayed was greatly appreciated. Thanks Y’all! You definitely gained a repeat customer! Greg
