I've been coming to Bliss + Lex for a while now, and I really enjoy the vibe of the place. It’s bright, the products are well lit and nicely displayed, and they even play music in the background, which makes the atmosphere welcoming. I even want one of the hoodies they sell there—the logo is awesome and stylish, which is a nice touch. The staff who actually serve you are fantastic. Some of them have a genuinely happy vibe and are clearly interested in helping you find what you want. They know their products inside and out, and they take the time to listen to your needs without rushing you. Whether you’re looking for something to relax or just to enjoy a good time, they’ll recommend exactly what you need. Their knowledge and attentiveness are top-notch. However, I do have a major complaint about the front door experience. When you first walk in, you hand over your ID, and the people at the front seem completely disinterested. They’re often on their phones, barely acknowledge you, and don’t offer a friendly greeting. Honestly, it feels like you’re just another item being processed rather than a customer. They do have seats there, but it doesn’t help—it would be just as effective to have a machine check IDs. It really diminishes the otherwise excellent experience inside the store. All in all, Bliss + Lex is a great place with knowledgeable staff and a pleasant environment, but the front door experience could use a lot more warmth and friendliness.

I had such a great experience with Avyon today. They were incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable about every product I asked about. They listened to what I was looking for, gave honest recommendations, and made the whole process easy and comfortable. You can tell they truly care about helping customers find the right fit. I've actually come here a few times and most of the staff are pretty friendly. Today had a poor experience with a woman budtender. Firstly she was extremely rude not knowing I have frequented this dispensary a lot. Secondly after assisting with my transaction this dispensary reimburses a $3 convenience fee for transactions via card. Once ur payment processes they always return those $3 to the guests in cash and most times I put it in the tip jar anyway? This same rude bud tender pocketed my $3.... said have a good night... are u that hard up for $3?? Its just rubs guests the wrong way. Honesty and transparency is king when going to a dispensary. The check in guy rocks. (The dude u give ur ID too) So bad experience all around and whats funny is I work on the same block... I'd say go in because they have a good selection but avoid this woman at all costs. Heavily debating if I will return to this dispensary.
