Bloc has been a staple for me for the last 2 years. It's gotten progressively better products and better prices over that time. They are quick and efficient when compared to the other dispensaries. They have good product knowledge and new strains all the time. They have also taken care of me if I have ever had issues with equipment or product. Big shoutout to Josie and Mike for going above and beyond helping me sort out issues. Big shout-out to Riley too for his product knowledge and dopeness. I always look forward to stopping by. Been a patient for over 2 years. Whoever their new hire is needs to be re-trained on how to interact with customers respectfully and with dignity, instead of shaming the patient in front of their colleagues. Edit: Mike took care of the situation with grace and respect. I appreciate you agreeing to re-train this employee so others aren’t met with the same situations. I’ll still be going back based off that exchange.

The staff is wonderful, kind, and knowledgable. I feel welcome and comfortable everytime I visit for a pickup, and the process is always smooth and quick, even at the busiest times. The drive-thru is faster if it's busy, but if you order online either way will have you in-n-out like a california burger, baby! I always recommned em for your cannabis needs 😊

Spoke to a very MISERABLE person on the phone today. Customer Service was absolutely terrible. Unfortunately all I can do is leave this terrible review and hope the employee gets fired. I couldn't believe how I was being spoken to, so I let that be known and the employee mocked me. Maybe thinking I"m on my high horse but what I was meaning was I have never had a person in the marijuana industry be such a tool bag to me and she took that and rubbed it right back in my face. LITERALLY repeating what I said in "my voice." I asked for a manager right away and she hung up like a coward. This is very disturbing and gross behavior. Especially when you have all of my information. DO better.

Staff did amazing at keeping the joy going. Great references and professional resolution to your medical needs. Thought I got a bad cartridge, turned out to be my battery, staff helped me with making sure product was good... thank you. Definitely going back. Any better deals??
