Deserves zero stars… Do NOT give this place business (unless you want to be spoken to like you are less than human). I went in to, first, ask questions about the parking meter, to be sure that I was not tickets or towed. The guy said that he is not sure, he is not the city. I asked a follow up question “does he think that the machine takes quarters. “ He says “Like I said before, I am not the city, Read!” Read? Really? I do not live in Dallas. No reason to be so rude. Does anyone believe in customer service or human decency anymore?

Excellent product. However, they are unresponsive when contacting them and have issues shipping. Have tried numerous times to contact them, but they refuse to respond. Bad way to run a business if they want to expand outside Dallas.

Sad to see this place go down hill with customer service. New sales guy was not very helpful, poor customer service and just all around bad attitude. I almost walked out because of that alone but I already drove 15 mins to get there. My experiences before this were always so great but seems like new ownership doesn’t seem to prioritize good customer service. This will ruin your sales as the cannabis market is to inflated to have this poor of customer service. I hope things change for this place back to how it used to be.

This place is awesome, wish I got their name but the budtender was great. We had a little laugh because I'm from Cali and I was so surprised it was Marijuana in Texas! Had to double check and make sure it was actually THC and not hemp! They didn't stir me wrong the flower I got was awesome! Especially the maple glaze it was 🔥 they are pricey for the 8ths but not that pricey I was excepting to pay around 60. So I was shocked at the 48 bucks I will definitely be coming here Everytime I visit Texas! You have gained a regular and I'm cannabis connoisseur so I loved the feedback and insight!

Went one time, that worker was amazingly helpful and got me exactly what I needed. Went a second time, a bigger guy was very lazy & unhelpful, having to be asked to check me out when he stood at the register the entire time I was shopping around. Also, the chocolate bars have nothing in them. I ate the whole thing & nothing happened. BUT the gummies are dope. If you are searching for good shroom stuff

Colten has been such a great help. It was our first here and he was so welcoming. When we came in he asked if we needed help and he explained everything to us very thoroughly with such excitement. He also explained to us everything about their products and their benefits. Very nice person. We would definitely come back!
