I've been here a few times, service is always pleasant. I love they have a separate side for medical patients! I must recommend if you vape, the 1 g all in 1 bloom is the first vape to NEVER clog on me!! Love and recommend. Just a mild feel to help out a little when needed.

Gives very much they don’t like colored people, prices never matches website when you shop online and ask in store. Staff be so rude. Take exact change. They’re charging a ATM Fee To Use Your debit card . Sometimes they give it back sometimes they don’t . I don’t get it . 0/0

Definitely do not shop here. I bought a disposable vape here last Friday and it stopped working after one day. I called the shop to request a exchange of the product not even a refund and they state they are unwilling to do anything about it because it’s been 5 days. I wrote an email that they didn’t respond to as well. Talk about putting your customers last. I won’t be back

Stephanie was amazing, so knowledgeable and helpful! She listened intently to my concerns and found items that would help me and my health issues. She informed me about sale items and was ok that I asked about other items, ie. ghee and coconut oil. Then she told me about infused sugar! She patiently explained how all the products worked - never hurrying me along. I definitely will return and try my best to make sure she helps me.

Anthony has rung me out more than once now, and he is always extremely polite and patient when I want to take a minute to browse the menu. I usually get terrible anxiety when I want to take my time, but Anthony has always made me feel very comfortable with browsing and asking questions. Thanks so much Anthony! 🤘

Hi! Great experience from the JuMP! The security guards were very welcoming, smiling and dancing, you could tel they love their jobs! My helper Melanie was great as well. It was my first time and she walked me through everything. Ill definitely be back :)

Today was my 1st visit and Matthew was very helpful and informative and he even took the initiative to grab be something similar in case they didn't have what I wanted in stock. I felt very comfortable and relaxed here and I enjoyed my experience. I will be coming back real soon.

David was so kind and very understanding. When i walked in i told him i hope he didn’t mind me showing pictures of the products i was interested in due to my anxiety being very bad today. He had no problems and made sure to ask how many of each item i wanted and just made my experience so much better and less scary lol. 10/10 would recommend this location.

BEAU is OUTSTANDING!! What a delightful individual!! I’m planning to specifically ask for BEAU my next visit!! Everyone is so kind at The Cannabist in Deptford! Bravo ! UPDATE; 4/22. Be careful when choosing their already rolled products, especially when their representative needs to shake the container to see how many “rolled” are in the tube. Three times, I’ve bought “rolled” in addition to their “flower” products. The first time, instead of two rolled ( as they stated) , they had ONE SMALL rolled in container. The second time the same thing happened. The third, same thing! After bringing this to the attention of their manager along with having my receipt’s she said they are including ONE “rolled” which is larger their policy changed.. This was Not the case in all three purchases. Now, FOURTH purchase and rep is shaking container stating “it sounds like one as it should be. “We changed our policy regarding “rolled, there has to be just one in the container .” Wrong again, this time there were two!” Get on board folks, it’s not the way to keep customers especially when several shops are popping up nearby. Just totally weird, not my idea of good customer service especially questioning my credibility?! I asked for nothing, my objective was wanting to bring this to their manager’s attention that mistakes were being made. Cannabist made good on NOT ONE OF MY PAST PURCHASES. I’m not making a purchase anywhere that would force me to count/weigh things in my car. I certainly didn’t buy a Happy Meal for my granddaughter double checking at the window to make certain her toy was included in the bag! Shame on me for being foolish!
