They really deserve 6+ stars they are not only the best in Omaha but the best in the USA. I have been to vape shops all over the country, and this is the BEST Very knowledgeable staff, at least the young lady that helped me was (Mohawk) All the staff here are very knowledgeable and really help you find the right product for you. I strongly recommend this place. Thank you guys! You really are the BEST at what you do!

Come here regularly. One of the two staff members I've delt with is extremely helpful, nice, friendly, and has cool hair. The other needs to work on people skills and facial expressions, and actually pretend like he doesn't hate his job. Also needs to be helpful, since I'm new to this.

I went to one store and they had my e-juice brand, but were out of the milligram I wanted and had no idea when they would get any in. Plus I needed coils they were out of and had no idea if it would be restocked or not. I went to another CV store (15 miles from my house) and they had only one bottle of my brand and you guessed it- No idea when or if it would be restocked. Guess I go back to the internet for my vape supplies and juices :(

My wife just visited this shop and we aren't from Omaha so our vape shops have a different selection so she asked the employee if they had a specific product and they rudely said No. Then she asked if they had something similar and they again rudely replied We don't know what that is as if they couldn't have just googled it. So then my wife asked if they had any 10000 hit vapes they Pointed to an area and my wife then asked for th flavors to be listed because she wasn't wearing her glasses at the time and after listing them off they rudely said "Are you going to pick something." The worker was an older guy and he was very short with my wife and acted like he had better things to do. I understand we don't all like our jobs and we have bad days but when a customer comes in and needs help they deserve good customer service and respect we will not be back and we will make sure to tell our friends not to go here.
