Extremely low if not anything(0) level of customer service. Had previously shopped here due to it being a convenient location and I will never spend another $1 ever. Employee (male) that worked the night of 11/7 is literally on cell phone as you’re approaching door and immediately after your transaction as if you just didn’t spend your money at their establishment. If you’re a woman of color please do not enter here- there is no level of respect for us. I had an horrible event that ended in my partner and I losing money tonight. Please don’t shop here.

This shop is so shady. I only buy one thing and the price of this one thing changes depending on who is working. I buy gummies and it is the same brand every time and they go back and forth between 22 and 25. DO NOT COME HERE. There is another smoke shop on Morse. Not very far from this smoke shop.

Great staff, he's a nice guy but always late. Don't show up at 9 am or you'll wait outside. 9:38 am and still closed.

One of the absolute best smoke shops in Chicago, a hidden gem for smokers and tokers. If they don't have it you didn't need it, all of best puffco peaks, deals on smok, yocan, rigs, recyclers, bongs, juice, coils, pods, and more. Very up front sales, real time scales for when they could get something for you, and prices that let you get a few extra things. I've been coming here for nine years, and it's always worth the trip.

This is the best place for tobacco in Chicago. They always have fresh loose leaf tobacco for rolling that is kept in their humidor room. Never dry. The guys that work here are awesome. Friendly, helpful and chill. Great prices too.
