Such a cute small shop and all the ladies there are so great . They always make you feel welcome and when showing you the different products are helpful identifying the strain that best suit you. My experience at Chronic Love Dispensary was profoundly disappointing. Despite coming from a well-versed background aimed at assisting owners in opening the dispensary, I was met with blatant disregard for state laws and guidelines. The management's unprofessional behavior, including inappropriate flirting, further marred my tenure there. They failed to honor any of the career promises they made, contributing to a toxic work environment. The store's hygiene is appalling, reflecting a lack of basic maintenance and care. None of the employees have any experience in basic cash-handling. The amount of Cannabis Control Division violations present in such a short amount of time is the only impressive thing about this place! Additionally, Jose, the “owner” of this establishment and Chronic Kings attempts to exploit the female staff, creating a workplace that is both disrespectful and demoralizing. I would strongly advise against seeking employment or patronizing Chronic Love Dispensary AND Chronic Kings Dispensary until significant improvements are made.

I recently had a very disappointing experience at this shop due to the lack of knowledge and poor customer service from one of the staff members, Daniel. As a patient seeking specific items, particularly edibles with certain ingredients, I was expecting a knowledgeable and helpful interaction. Unfortunately, this was far from what I received. When I approached Daniel for assistance, it quickly became apparent that he had no education on the ingredients in the edibles. I asked several questions about the products, hoping to get detailed information to make an informed decision, but Daniel seemed clueless and unable to provide any useful answers. This lack of knowledge is unacceptable, especially in a store that caters to individuals with specific dietary and health needs. Moreover, Daniel’s attitude was dismissive and unhelpful. Rather than attempting to find someone more knowledgeable or offering to look up the information, he brushed off my concerns and made me feel like my questions were a bother. This level of customer service is simply not acceptable and reflects poorly on the store’s commitment to its customers.

Daniel, was such a respectable representative. He helped me find exactly what i was looking for and got me a great deal for being a customer. I’ll DEFINITELY be back, it was such a pleasure to buy from this establishment. Thank you 🙏🏻 10/10 They have such wide variety of products. Recommend them for sure!
