I had a very disappointing experience at City Smoke Shop. The girl working there was incredibly rude to me from the moment I entered. She didn’t give me any time to speak and showed no respect. When I asked her a question, she demanded my ID in a very unprofessional and disrespectful manner. I didn’t even want to buy anything; I just had a question, and she could have listened to me and answered with a smile and respect. I’m very disappointed with her behavior. This is not the kind of customer service I expect, and I won’t be returning.

without sounding creepy af, the girl behind the counter is gorg. and has the longest most goddess-like hair i have ever seen; she is also always super nice to me and compliments my outfits ✨

This place charge exorbitant price for cigars. Doesnt help when everything is marked as custom item. I felt that he may have overcharged me because im a tourist. Only realized this after i left the shop

⚠️ warning ⚠️ You need to watch out for price hikes @this location💲💲. I got 2 cigarette cases marked $6.99 each, but charged $7.28 each {68¢ extra}. Plus 2 Pikachu scraps marked $14.99 each, but charged $15.60 each {$1.22 extra}. Plus 2 regular scraps marked $9.99, but charged $10.40 each {82¢ extra}. That's 💲2️⃣◾7️⃣9️⃣ over charged, didn't notice until I looked @receipt. You can't say anything, because ALL SALES ARE FINAL!!!!!😠 You need to watch who rings you up, because you never know how much you're going to pay 😡. I don't plan on returning there again 😠😡. But if I do happened to return back again, I'm going to look out for price hikes. I'll say something about it, and if they argue with me, I'll just go outside & grab a cop & press charges.
