Excellent customer service. Employees very smart and super helpful and friendly. However , NOT A SINGLE ITEM has a physical price tag affixed to it in the store. Nothing. This simply means employees can and do choose how much you pay on the spot, usually based off your knowledge & your wallet .

Been coming here for months and I don't know what it is. But it seems that one employee just doesn't like me. Refused my service. Saying that they cannot do card transaction $3 or less. While the other employees were ready and have taken my money. Very irritating. And very rude about it. On his phone and everything. The transaction was about to happen. So I don't understand his reasoning or rudeness. Everyone else is great accept for this one employee. So after speaking to someone 5hat an employee claimed to be an owner I believed the manner was settled and was promised a free product for my troubles. I walk in. I'm told the person we spoke to was never the owner even though this man spoke to the employee prior whom I had issues with. Like what is this? Will never return. The way I've been treated just leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

I had a bad day on 6/8/22 and I had Mohanned and one of his employees take care of me with one of the best deals I've ever seen or heard. Made me feel like I was one of the most important customers in the world. These guys are amazing and their work styles are even more impressive than you could imagine.

Great place to get all your smoke shop needs. Also amazing customer service from employees each time I come in I leave with a smile :)
