I have been to quite a few dispensaries and I'm going to be honest this was the best experience possible. As soon as you walk in you are greeted by a nice staff that makes you feel at home. They were soo informative and knowledgeable. Im from Indiana and was coming from Iowa for a funeral and read the reviews on the place and trusted the people and they did not disappoint!!! Highly recommend this place. Hope you get the staff I did!!!!

Today, at the East Peoria store, Shay put on a show for Emily. She performed a wonderful dance, that was both eloquent and entertaining. I should have asked if she taught lessons on the side. Today's lovely Superbowl pre game dance performance aside, I have been exclusively shopping at this store for about a month, because of the atmosphere. Your first time stepping into the store should blow you away if you appreciate the same things I do. An easy, quick, streamlined pre order process makes for efficient shopping. As well as extremely pleasant staff that are all very polite, knowledgeable and ready to assist you in any way possible. I rarely write a review and I don't even care about winning any prizes, I just want the staff as well as other possible patrons to know that this is a top notch establishment. Not only in the cannabis sector, but all public facing businesses. They should be looked upon as an example in true customer service. Thank you!

Just had yet another great experience at Cloud9! Its only my third time being in so learning names still, but huge shout out to Shay, Aylssa, and Korey for being super friendly and professional. 10/10 recommend.

I love Cloud 9. I always have a positive vibe from the staff. I had Shay today, she was very patient with me when my card was declined, it took a bit but got it all figured out. Love Cloud 9!

I walked in there crying and going through personal stuff. Shay took the time to listen, talk, and gave me a ton of support and encouragement that I desperately needed. She then was great at recommending which product to get. I was in a very emotional state and didn’t want to have to try to think and do my research on strains like usual. Told her the attributes I needed and to stay away from from anxiety and paranoia. She was quick to recommend and seemed confident it would be perfect for wha I need. I can not thank Shay enough. Excellent customer service! Also no other customers were delayed or ignored at all. The staff was excellent at communicating and ensuring all customers needs were met. Thank you so much Shay!

Andrew was amazing 👏 I accidentally misgendered him and he VERY politely corrected me even though he was wearing an 'ask me my pronouns' button and my blind ass didn't read. I was very embarrassed but he kindly forgave me graciously. Excellent customer service.

Awesome that they open st 8am on Sunday morning. The staff qas so nice and cheery at this weekend hour as well. Angela was my budtender and she had a sincere smile a sweet vibes. Greta atmosphere all around!

I just have to say Andrew (Drew) is a positive and very polite person. Andrew is very knowledgeable and should get a raise and be in management. Definitely knows how to speak to customers and let me add, very funny person. You're awesome Drew and Thanks for the great experience 😀

i purchased a 2 gram disposable the other day from cloud 9 and same day i opened the disposable it did not work, i called an the manger told me what to do and to take a video of th product not working and bring it in with proof and they will refund me the process was smooth and painless they even let me choose a new brand of disposable and flavor just because i didn’t like the last brand anyway. it’s a friendly group of people who remember the familiar faces.

This was my first visit here! I Love this place! Friendly and helpful staff. Jon was kind and knowledgeable! Love the shop!!! My local shop is frequently out of what I want so I started searching and found Cloud9. I drove an hr to get here but it was worth it!!!
