I absolutely love this place. Everyone is so nice and friendly and also helpful. Ive never had a bad experience. I've always had a quick in and out trip even with them helping customers who like to go in to do their order. No hate! 🩷 I recently had surgery and had to go in with a knee scooter for a few months then I moved on to crutches and I never had to struggle getting in and out. They always make sure to open the doors for me and make sure to ask if I was okay. Of course with the love of a few fellow customers helping with the main door. Cant leave them out.😊 💯 recommend.

Highly knowledgeable and professional staff. I love being able to order online and i can choose pickup in the parking lot or inside. Every step of the way is super safe and professional. Would highly recommend! They used to have curbside pickup but no longer offer that. I dont mind though. I think pick up is super simple and fast.

Just need more higher end products on their menu. Would like to see better quality and recent harvest dates on their products. Some harvest dates have been pretty far back and then ya get dry product with a low value compared to if it were harvested sooner than later. Other than that it's great to go to for your medicine. Great staff and quick in and out. Some of the greeters aren't very cheery compared to others that I've been to. Cheery and inviting helps so much rather than a flat tone and no emotion on the face. A smile is warm and inviting.

I placed a confirmed order at Consume Dispensary in Oxford, OH and drove an hour to pick it up, only to be told that one of the items was no longer available. The menu was supposed to be live and up to date, so this was very frustrating. I only had money set aside for my order and asked if there was a similar product to replace the missing item or if they could do something to make up for the inconvenience, but nothing was offered. On top of that, my budtender was coughing the whole time, didn’t have my order correct, and the overall service from the Sunday crew was poor. After driving so far and reserving ahead, this was a really disappointing experience. I would not recommend this location based on the lack of professionalism and customer care. I wanted to follow up regarding your public apology. While I appreciate the gesture, I’ve noticed that when I reached out directly via email, I have not received a response in over four days. It makes me wonder if the apology was simply for show rather than a genuine effort to address my concerns. I believe customers deserve more than just words—they deserve consistent action and communication. I’d appreciate a prompt reply so we can resolve this matter properly. Thank you, Justin Webb

Highly knowledgeable staff and always helpful. Not to mention probably the friendliest staff you will ever come across. I always enjoy the vibe when I walk in the door. Danni as well as T.K know me by first name basis when I go in and always know exactly what I need. Along with knowing myself and my needs they also always have something funny to say and bring joy to every experience with either or both of them!
