Kim from the pharmacy is so incredibly rude! She hung up on me when I was on the phone trying to check on my son’s prescription which is very hard to refill. She brushed me off and just clicked the phone off. Can’t these people just have normal social skills? Do better CVS!

Get your POS pos system fixed! I cannot count how many times the cvs systems have shut down, been slow or the employee didnt know how to use it. The system at the cvs I go to was updated yesterday and it completely shut down today; and the system didn't even recognize my birthday. No one could pick up their prescriptions, so how many people are in jeopardy because of this mess?!?

I was shocked to know that my 11yr old granddaughter was approached by an employee an accused of stealing when she wasn’t by me, they shouldn’t have accused her of stealing when clearly she hadn’t stolen anything, she had a toy that was purchased at Target that the employee thought was stolen from CVS. Why didn’t they come to me with their concerns, why make my granddaughter cry her eyes out because she was overcome by looking like a criminal in their eyes. Shame on that CVS employee for targeting a minor and accusing her of stealing when she hadn’t stolen anything and is not a thief. That was no way to handle the situation if in fact they thought she was stealing, they should of brought it to my attention since I was in the store with my granddaughter. I was a frequent shopper there, was I said because I won’t be shopping there anymore.

The pharmacy has been helping us for many years with no real issues, and Pharmacy Tech Kim has helped us immensely. We always leave the pharmacy happy with our meds and vaxes. The store has some fine people as well, but the push to use self-checkout truly grates. The place is seldom busy enough to need it, and the regional manager should try it with a bad back. I understand the need to help the disabled, but the abled shouldn't be badgered by the cashier to literally bend over.

Friendly staff, especially the pharmacy. However, reason for the one star review is that the store is physically FILTHY!! Trash all over the floors. I even spoke to the Store Manager about how dirty his store is. His response was that it was difficult enough to get people to come to work, & corporate wouldn't allow him to hire a cleaning company to vacuum & pick up the floors. If it was my store, I'd do it myself after hours. As a result, I will use the pharmacy, but will not shop for anything else in the store. A beeline to the pharmacy & then out. I've NEVER seen a store so derelict & filthy. Ugh.
