Thus far, not good. I would love to try the products, but since I ordered last Friday, I've contacted them 3 times and heard nothing. I paid for expedited shipping. On Monday, after my first email inquiring about shipping, a USPS tracking number was supplied. However, after 3 days, it never moved. After a second email, I received a UPS tracking number. That was Wednesday. It still hasn't been picked up to send. I don't know what is going on and I have not gotten a response from customer service. Update: finally got ahold of someone. Explained why it hadn't shipped and offered a partial refund and some sample products. I told them the refund wasn't necessary, but I would like some samples. So, as far as I can tell, this issue has been taken care of by the seller.

I have been trying to get in touch via email and phone with someone at this store. It's been a week and still no one has responded. I am super disappointed. I order over $100.00 worth of product, and thought I had set it up to be shipped. Unfortunately I set it up for pickup and I live in Michigan so it is literally not possible for me to pick it up. I place my order on 1/7/23 and have still not heard a peep from them. Again SUPER disappointed.

I ordered online after hearing great things about DankeSuper all over the web. Unfortunately I had an issue with the order/the shipping of it. I contacted DankeSuper over e-mail, and I was a bit ticked-off, I’ll admit. Especially when I had planned on moving my continued business over to DS. They got back to me within a few hours, refunded me, and shipped my order. They were also very understanding and exceedingly polite. I just wanted to say that good customer service goes a long way, and DS seems to understand this. Don’t hesitate to give these kind folks your business :)

Maybe this will reach the store. Idk. I have contacted numerous times and have had no response. I bought about $70 worth of items July 1st. I have not received them yet. I have contacted them several times with no response. They recently updated their store website and now you can’t access your account. If I don’t receive a response soon, I will call my bank and consider it fraud.

These gummies are a lifesaver! They taste great and are the perfect blend of relaxation, taste and value. Customer service is excellent as well. I’ve tried gummies from other companies but always come back to DankeSuper!
