I absolutely love Derb. Their customer service is stellar, their juice bar is the best in the business, they know their stuff. I always go to the Outer Loop location. Its the ONLY shop I will go to. The manager of that location, Jordan is so friendly and nice. He knows me by name and is always so warm and welcoming. They continuously update their inventory with the latest mods, tanks, and juices and are very knowledgeable about all products they offer. I strongly recommend Derb to everyone. They are the BEST.

5 stars for sure, excellent service , very informative of the options you have that cater to your taste, great prices too, very friendly and understanding of concerns , it's ben 2 or 3 days and I'm very happy and pleased with my device , they new exactly what I needed and I got a 10% discount for being a new customer. I used to go here all the time but when they tried to lie I decided to never go back. They have a rewards program and I have never had an issue with it but then today I went in there and told him I received an email stating I got 5$ off next purchase. He proceeded to tell me he seen I should have but it didn’t matter I wasn’t getting it because they changed the rewards program. Good keep it and everything I was going to buy I will pay more somewhere else than deal with false promotions.
