Stopped in to discuss solutions for my 9yo dog who had a failed herniated disc surgery in 9/22. Carly was very knowledgeable and friendly. She was patient with all of my questions, seemed genuinely concerned, discussed the tinctures and sent me home with a treat sample since they were all sold out, explaining when the next shipment will arrive, other location, and online ordering.
