At first I was impressed with the customer service then when we got down to business and I started asking questions about what sort of gas chromatography testing. Testing quality and quantity testing did they have on hand for me to look at to make sure that I was buying what I wanted and then that’s when it seems gloves went on. I may have been just more than the average customer given my family is in the business back in California however it doesn’t matter all customers should be treated equally and just because I have more than average knowledge about what good products should consist of doesn’t mean I should be treated with disrespect. Customers have a right to know what they’re putting in their body and all I asked for some basic information that should’ve been on hand I don’t think I will come back here after the way that I was treated I will go elsewhere.

Went here for the first time earlier today and was extremely impressed. Clean, sanitary store, worked with Corey and he was awesome. Very knowledgeable, explained everything to me and I had a ton of questions for him. Highly recommend!

Went in looking for something for my father in law, ended up buying something for ourselves. Adam was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products. Coming from someone who knows very little myself, his help was great. And hopefully will be returning customer after trying the product. Will update review after trying product.

Edit: Changing this review from 1 star to 4 stars for now. Had an issue with showing up to the store and them not having a product that I was told by an online customer service rep they had. Based on the response from the owner below and a phone conversation I had with customer service recently, they are shipping me a couple free samples of the product I wanted. Will add an edit when I receive it, but wanted to update to 4 stars for the time being to acknowledge their good faith gesture and customer service.

I was glad to have found the product line offered here and had used the powder form for over 2 years. The CBD Lipgloss is the best I've found anywhere for dry lips. HOWEVER!!! The price for most products was DOUBLED $$$$ recently which means I won't return. FORMERLY Satisfied Customer calls out Corporate GREED
