The customer service I received from COURTNEY was absolutely outstanding!!! I am from Arizona, traveling in my RV and I was running low on vape supplies I usually get in Tucson. I went to another shop nearby that was horrible (Erupted Vape Camas) but so glad I found this one and found Courtney working there. She spent almost an hour with me helping me to find exactly what I wanted/needed as an alternative to what I get in AZ. She was EXTREMELY kind, patient, helpful, professional and just overall Ah-mazing. If she is not yet a manager, she should be. Also - I absolutely LOVE that they offer in house made juices. I am accustomed to 5 star products and services for my vape supplies and was NOT disappointed here. They have so many excellent products and choices. I am extremely pleased. If you get the opportunity to be assisted by Courtney - you will be happy and pleased. What a terrific young lady, nice, and incredibly helpful. She went above and beyond and I can't thank you guys enough. I HIGHLY recommend this vape store!!!! I am on my way to Alabama so might not get to shop here again soon, but anytime I am in this part of the Country, I will definitely go back. A+++++. Owner, please be good to Courtney and don't ever lose her, she is phenomenal at customer service. I spent about $300 here, but not because it's expensive ... Prices are great, it's because I was stocking up on the great products while I can because who knows how long it might be before I find another great vape shop like this one while traveling. ❤️❤️❤️

Miranda was my 1st customer experience coming to dotcom vape on 192nd. Lovely girl, very helpful. Since then because of my schedule I usually come in when Richard is working. Awesome, awesome employee. He has gone well above and beyond helping me figure out vape juice and devices along with disposable items. I have learned so much from this young man it's incredible. Just a wealth of information. Truly a asset to the store. I have also had the pleasure of being helped by William, again, very helpful and patient with my myriad questions. Again asset to the store. Shout out to Isaac and the big O Travis. Great job hiring such a pleasant well rounded crew. Very much appreciate the quality items and honesty. Update 1/30/23 Still a fabulous place to get your Vape products. The staff remains friendly and educated. Their return policy is excellent. Their products continue to be true to their word. I would not recommend any other place.

Been coming here for awhile out of convenience, but honestly, the prices are much better in Western Vancouver at pretty much any store and the final straw for me was when I came in today and they demanded I remove my motorcycle helmet before a sale. You're not legally required to do so, and it quite literally more than doubles the length of the transaction for me to sit there and do that. Probably won't be back, other places are more respectful of your time. EDIT: I did proffer my ID. I just refused to remove my helmet, which is not required by any law. It's on you to ask for identification, not to detect fraudulent use thereof. Of course, it is your business and you can enforce just about whatever policies you see fit. Best of luck.
