This place is sooooo nice sophisticated looking. It doesn’t feel like a store more like a cozy lounge. The sweet blonde named Mina helped me choose my night saving qc drinks! Thank you, I finally slept!

I just made my first purchase from here today! Wow I'm totally blown away! The staff is awesome with great attitudes. Not to mention prices are the best around. As well as their house brand. I just got some Thelma and the cheese 14g for 56 out the door. You can definitely taste the chem dawg!! I'm definitely coming back!!! Lol

It was my first time at this dispensary and the customer service was wonderful. Tenisha made me feel very welcomed and we had a great conversation. I came for edibles and lots of their prices are much lower compared to other near by dispensaries. I’ll be back!

I was just in before the weekend and had another great shopping experience! From the gentlemen, checking IDs to the staff members inside! I never pre-order and just choose when I get there, but Tenisha popped over and helped me out at the tablet! She gave me great recommendations and helped get my sale going. Then when I got to the counter, she and Maria gave me their recommendations and even encouraged me to get the bundle because it was a better value! Earl was there and rounded out the trio of helpfulness! I am new to cannabis and feel like I never know what I’m doing but Duchess always makes me feel like a person and not just the money I plan to spend. Great sales as well! Awesome variety!

She explained options clearly without rushing or upselling, and her recommendations were spot-on. You can tell she really knows the products and actually cares about the customer experience. Easily one of the best interactions I’ve had at a dispensary—she made the whole visit smooth and enjoyable. I’ll definitely be back and hope to work with her again.
