*WARNING TO DOUBLE CHECK BEFORE YOU BUY* FYI I came here first time late night to buy a bong. Service was nice, but for some reason the girl switched the bowl of the bong I chose with one from another bong. I trusted her in the moment and didn't question it, but I didn't realize that she REMOVED the original downstem with the bowl and didn't replace it. They let me walk out of there with a bong and a bowl, no downstem y'all. I went back two days later to ask if they could give me the downstem I paid for. TBH I really didn't expect to have any trouble and did not come in with an attitude, but this time energy from them was weird, rude and dismissive. I explained to them what had happened, didn't blame the girl for changing the bowl or anything. Even though they said they remembered me buying the bong, they flat out refused to give me the missing downstem. I just don't understand why like, did y'all think I was trying to finesse a downstem?? This is a warning to potential customers to check what they give you. Personally won't be back after that whole experience.
