Awesome customer service. They were so sweet and ready to help and answer all my questions. Even gave me a free pre-roll my first time there. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing selection and great customer service! Came here with my mom we had a blast as they had a sip and paint event. Ray was awesome and full of life! I absolutely recommend this place as they are very knowledgeable as well.

The staff at Elevate Dispensary were incredibly patient, helpful, and kind. You can tell they genuinely care about making sure you have the best experience possible. They took their time answering my questions and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the whole visit. Highly recommend!

Awesome store with knowledgeable staff, talk to jake to steer you in the right direction! He really knows and understands the industry. Also, they had plenty of dakota green products, which have been setting the standards to sd cannabis!

They're so nice here. They were patient and explained everything i was unsure about, and I dropped a 100 dollar bill on the ground. They looked me up on Facebook to find me to give it back! They also have some fairly strong stuff. There's currently 3 strains (indica, sativa, and hybrid), and they have info sheets and will explain things to you to help figure out what effects you want and which strain will help the most. They've also got some pipes, papers, grinders, and stuff like that.

Update, open for few years now and the products and merchandise keeps getting better. The staff have gotten this place looking good and will have you feeling great! Very knowledgeable Now OPEN! This place is great! First medical dispensary! Super friendly knowledgeable staff. Very clean, upscale place. Medical card needed to purchase from store. The staff can help you arrange to get that. Nice variety of other things to enhance your experience!Excited to see this store grow and help the community. This is what so many needed.

Prices are not the best. Tenders could be more friendly and acknowledge the fact that they are making you wait. They apparently only allow one person in at a time. I had to wait while the one person took care of the customer as they took their sweet time checking everything out. Same with the next customer in front of me. I finally got tired of waiting and left. I will travel to Vermillion tomorrow for better customer service and at least I can browse there while the tender is helping other customers.

A joyless cash grab of overpriced terrible quality products. Someone is just trying to take your money and doesn’t care about product or customers or possibly even worse has no idea what they’re doing. Edibles are under underpowered and over priced. Carts are made from GARBAGE and flavored to cover the quality. Patients deserve better than being robbed by whoever could afford to open a shop first.
