I've been going to Elevation for years, and have spent a lot of money at this store in that time. However, I will never be going back. I purchased a product that ended up breaking within 24 hours. When I went to return it, they refused, claiming that it was my fault the product was broken. I've never returned a cartridge there, and was shocked to hear that they were refusing to exchange it for another product. Honor your return policies, or just don't offer them.

Came from Ga. On a vacation/wedding invitation and stopped by this place. I thought I knew a lot about this thing and I was wrong . I saw stuff there I didn't know existed. The staff was very nice and informative. Great prices for the great quality. Definitely one of my places to visit again.

Customer service is exactly what it should be I can’t complain at all I was heard and they followed up and explained everything to me on the policy and did not bait and switch me they honored what they said that is a big deal in business Chris and Erick are great I recommend them Both
