Ethan is always very calming and knowledgeable. I have anxiety and he is always accommodating and comforting. He answers every question I have and is a friendly face. I go out of my way to go to this dispensary for the good vibes and energy.

Place does not accommodate to medical patients first like they should, lines are unorganized and cashiers don’t pay attention. Everyone moves like a turtle. Line is super long and there is only 3 cashiers on line, Where are all the staff ? What a waste of time. FF fix do better, not even a hard fix just lazy!

I’ve been shopping here since this fine fettle has opened up and I’ve have now gone to there competitors. First I want to state that every employee that I have met is extremely friendly (this is the only good thing about this place). I usually order pick up because I want to be quick with my purchase and get in and out. However every time I go to pick up my order there is always a wait. They have one person for pick ups and every-time I am waiting 5-10 minutes in the online order section while someone is shopping for their weed. I don’t understand how this happens every time I go but it does. To make things worse the walk in line keeps moving while I’m still waiting for my one order. This does not help this place since they have the highest prices in the area. There is no need to go to this place when there is another dispensary right down the road for cheaper. I’ve also never had to wait more than 5 minutes at other dispensary. In short this place has long wait times and expensive product.

Walked in didn't know what i wanted until one of the guys came (Ethan was his name i believe) and started explaining which one helps with what and how they make you feel. Real great service and made me feel like I was family.

Not all locations are equal--Manchester customer service, guy with the dreads, is the rudest, most unprofessional budtender I've ever had the displeasure of interacting with. Will NEVER set foot in this place again. EDIT: TY for the quick response. To be more specific-- waited in line 5+ minutes, no big deal (there are always people in line), in the preorder line (several different lines), guy in front of me gets helped (in the preorder line), laughing and joking with the budtender, guy leaves, I walk up. Budtender (dreads guy) says "I was going to help the walk-up line", I step back, he snarkily says "well you're here already so come on". For the rest of the interaction he was unprofessional, unfriendly, quite frankly... a jerk. His reaction clearly expressed his disdain that I dared walk up to be helped in the preorder line directly after a preorder customer was just helped by this guy. Since your lines are divided into different sections; Either be consistent or at the very least do not be rude to loyal customers because they dared assume they were next... ridiculous. The guy with dreads needs an attitude check and to never work in customer service. I will just go to Willimantic Fine Fettle(nice people). The rest of the folks at Manchester have been great, pleasurable interactions. The guy with dreads was a buffoon.
