The guy that was the cashier was not very helpful. He was on the phone the whole time talking about his baby momma problems. I didnt feel comfortable asking him questions. I like it when the girls are there. They are very informative and their costumer service is on point. Sadly he lost a good costumer today.

Worst experience in any head shop I've ever been, and I've been to shops all over the country, bought a vaporizer and then the "manager" suggested another, more expensive unit, so I chose that one and the dude would not let me get the one he suggested even though I hadn't even touched the other one yet! In other words I couldn't exchange the brand new never touched vaporizer for the one HE SUGGESTED! incredible! Never go there world peace is way superior just didn't want to wait until 10 to get what i needed

Cashier was unprofessional had attitude and he didn’t want to tell me his name. My wife purchased a vape and it did not work we returned back to the store within 20-30 minutes, he says he tells all customers to try in store when my wife was never told to do so. I recommend to go to other shops, most allow 24 hr returns. Never once has a smoke shop treated me with this type of disrespect.
