Low energy and low functioning employees overall low quality store. Bought a glass and it was chipped but because of the staining you couldn’t tell, I was told I couldn’t get my money back and that theyd take a look at it and would call the boss to see if they could exchange it. With that kind of customer service on the phone, I wouldn’t dare bring anything back or buy anything else from That store. I’ll just count my losses.
Next time ladies, this is a better response:
"Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you. We would be happy to exchange the chipped glass for you. Please bring it back to the store at your convenience, and we will take care of it for you. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we want to make sure you are happy with your purchase. Thank you for choosing Glassworkx."
