I've come up twice when they should have been open, either the door was locked with no explanation or there was a "be back in 10" sign that turned into a 20 minute wait before I decided to leave. Horrible. 0 stars if I could.

Only guy running the store was rude 👎 was going to ask about suggestions for a good protein powder but he was quick to dismiss me and shut my question down. Never coming back here with my sister again.

Mad! Came out of Walmart at River City just in time and expecting for GNC at City Square Dr. to be opened at 10:00 am as their website says and it’s 10:16 am and the store hasn’t opened yet!😡 I have all my groceries getting warm because the person that was supposed to open the store is irresponsible and does not open as they should.

There’s a sad imp of a man with the beard of a homeless man working here that cannot handle being told no, has no clue what customer service is or how to shut his mouth when the customer is leaving the store. If this is how he behaves 5 minutes after the store opens, I’d hate to interacting with him 8 hours later. Happy to shop elsewhere!
