Had the best customer experience, but didn’t catch the name of the employee working so I’m going to leave the date and time I was there. The date was November 27, 2017 at 7:45 pm. The gentlemen was a Caucasian male. Thanks again for picking the right energy drink I needed. He was very knowledgeable of all the product lines.

Sitting here at my local GNC waiting over 15 mins for the store to open. When we pulled up sign said will return 11. We pulled up at 10:59. It's 11:13am & no one has shown to open the store. There were at least 3 other customers who also were waiting but eventually left. Just as we did by 11:15. Bad look for business! Updated-Correction as I was about to pull off the employee came & opened the store. He was very helpful so that changed the star rating I originally gave.

Last Tuesday, I went into this GNC location in the evening, to ask a quick question about the location of another storefront within the Waugh Chapel plaza. One the clerks was super helpful and looked up the store on his cell phone. The other "Gen Z" associate was super rude and said it is not here (because I was used to the same location prior to the moving of the store). Since I work in IT, my brain can be like applesauce at times. I think that the situation after a long day. As I was leaving their storefront, the same rude acting "kid" said b**** under his breath. That jerk like associate needs to learn to serve his customers with respect regardless of what they ask!!!

Always opens late. Showed up on 4 different occasions at 1000 am. Never open. I am her now 12/01/23 and it’s 1005 am. Unreal. Who do you call to complain about this?
