5:40 pm in the evening, gates are shut. Employee walked into the exchange, Been waiting here for 15 min by now. Didnt know they can shut the gate and go shopping in the px......

This store is closed during normal hours often. But if your able to get in while it's open the staff is friendly and helpful.
