Terrible customer service. I was the only one in the store when it first opened. The 10 minutes I spent searching back and forth the clerk in the store wasn’t very helpful and didn’t say not 1 word or even ask if he could be of assistance. That alone rubbed me wrong and made me want to take my business elsewhere. As I was leaving the store I mentioned to the clerk he needs to work on his customer service and he responded rudely he’ll be sure to write it down. I asked his name to put in this review which he responded Jarrett. If not true it’s the male clerk with glasses and long hair that opened up 11 am August 20, 2023

The gentleman who assisted me was very nice and helpful. He wasn’t trying to just sell me anything: he really listened to my concerns and provided honest feedback and suggestions for the goals I was trying to meet. Honestly, the employee, I believe JP, was very knowledgeable and polite. Overall, I would visit this location again.

The gentleman working at this GNC was very helpful. I was able to make a return on unopened products, and he showed me protein shakes that were discounted half off.

I went to the store today. The employee in the black SUV locked the door for over 30 minutes and put a sign on the door that he was in the restroom. I waited. He came out at 6 pm just to lock the door and left. I’m sure he went to the back to sleep.

First time at GNC store. Walk in to get some vitamins for my granddaughter, as I walked in the young man there, thank God, offered me help. Great attitude and great attention. Since I’m not familiar with the store and vitamins for children, he was a great help. I bought what he offered me and walked out. God bless him, his family and business.
