We came here looking for something specific. I was surprised how late they were open. The gentleman there was extremely helpful. When it came to checking out I was informed it was cash only. We were short $1 and the employee put it his own money. How amazing was that. I will definitely come back and support them. Pay them back.

Best smoke shop in ep they got cheap prices, unique pieces, personalized glass as well, and the workers know everything about anything if you smoke you gotta hit them up they have everything

I had issues with a bubbler that was not working properly (first picture). Within hours the owner reached out to me to let me know I can come back the next day and switch it out even though I was told I couldn’t. I went today and the owner explained I could have my money back or replace the pice I had bought. I was able to switch it out and they even let me pick a replacement that was above the initial price I had purchased the first piece. In the end I was very happy with my new piece(second picture)and I’m grateful they were able to sort out my issue!

Very bad customer service ..bought an item "THE OWNER DROP IT " AND SOLD ME A CRACKED ITEM I CAN'T EXCHANGE ..LOL DAM THIEVES.. WONT RECOMMEND TO NO ONE
