I went to Greenbelt in the beginning of August, and brought CBD/CBG cream. Asked James before buying about return policy, and he didn't know. I tried it and didn't work at all, and called manager about returning it back, and could get other product. She said her mother used it but needed to use it more days. I used it a few days more and didn't work. I called back again today and manager said they could only give me discount for other products. I don't want discount, I want my money return for a cream that didn't work. I am 62 years old and on disability and don't have cash to throw way.

I buy CBD dog treats here and always have a great experience. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and the store is neat and clean. The treats are very effective too, helping my anxious dogs stay calm for traveling, nail trims, and even during fireworks.

1st time at this store... not my last! Went earlier in the week and was educated on all the products they carry. I finally found a place that actually cares about its products as much as their clients. I was recommended for my pain and insomnia, and its staff is ULTRA FRIENDLY, and when you ask them questions, they don't make you feel like you're an idiot.... they treat you with soooooo much respect. I love this place... y'all just gained a lifetime customer.
