I was a regular here for over a year. A few nights ago, I purchased a live resin cart. When I tried it later on, the cart had leaked which turned the silicon yellow, and the cart was clogged. I called ASAP the next morning, and was told I could exchange it. I bring it into the store, and then i’m told they have to test it. The manager tests it and all he says is, “no it works fine, try another battery” he kept cutting me off and had no interest in what I had to say. I take it back home and just give it another try, still nothing. So i call back hoping to speak to someone else, because regardless it still leaked. I end up speaking to the same person again, except they decided to yell at me, gaslight me, and make me feel like i’m wrong for just trying to get the product I purchased. “Sorry you feel like your cart leaked” is what I was told, and was spoken to so condescending. Finally i’m told I can call the company, and when asked if thats what I was doing the MANAGER hung up on me. The company after I called them, took one look and said “yep your cart is faulty” and sent me a credit. Why was that so difficult? Thankfully, the staff I dealt with when redeeming my credit was completely kind and understanding. If I could give certain people at this store 5 stars, I would. However, I will be going to Remedy now, because I don’t need to be screamed at or called a liar if I have an issue with a product.

Great place great staff wonderful place to go. Great prices will go there. Anytime recommended to anybody have gone there on several occasions never been disappointed.

Once a long time customer but the receptionist ruined the experience for not only me but countless others. Their internal store only rule (not MD regulation) of no recreational service prior to 11am, despite having all their information say open at 10am is troubling to reconcile… As I arrived 15 mins before 11, I rudely told I couldn’t wait in the lobby and watched the receptionist turn down at least 5 customers all while the store was completely empty of medical (or any) customers. It’s a shame as the budtenders are extremely nice and knowledgeable but good luck getting past the the dragon they have as a receptionist. Plenty of other dispensary with much friendly staff and significantly better prices and product offering. It’s a shame their receptionist service is so poor.

As I thought I was changing my mind about this place. CHECK YOUR PRODUCT before purchase. I feel scammed. I got home and product was doubled labeled lift top label completely different product. Called to resolve the issue was told to call the company that made the product! I’m stuck with two of suspicious products. I was only shopping for the strain I thought I purchase but got Mystery product.

Order didnt process correctly i called and Logan was great. Gave me info i needed. So I placed another order. Once at store. Logan was friendly helpful and remembered the phone call. Was very happy with my service

Every one is super nice. Persian helped me find a product I couldn’t remember the name of. Also it was a very quick transaction. In and out in less than 5 min even after chatting with a curio rep.

The people who work here were wonderful to me, despite me being a crabby jerk. I had an issue getting a product that I couldn't find anywhere else. They took care of me. They told me they would call me when it was available. They did. The young woman at the front desk is a saint, dealing with me. Deion was extremely helpful, as was the other manager that I spoke to, whose name I unfortunately can't remember. I would highly recommend this place. The people are awesome, and I think that is a primary factor in what makes for a good experience. Thank you, Greenlight!

My brother Jacob did an amazing job. It was my first time getting the customer service from him. He was very helpful when a product was out of order and wasn't in stock. He gave me several recommendations that suited my needs. He explained them very well. Great customer service. Felt very welcome. This is my second time and I definitely will be back. Thank you!
